FirmWorkflows is operated by Alisson Bento, an individual based in Brazil and the software licensor. Mailing address: Ana Costa 400, Santos, Brazil. Gumroad is the merchant of record for purchases through its checkout. For purchase support, reply to your Gumroad receipt or email contact@firmworkflows.com. General enquiries, corrections and privacy requests can also use the contact form.
Your order
You buy the version and license identified on the product page and Gumroad checkout. The base prices are US$49 for Single Operator and US$149 for Organization License, paid once. Applicable customer taxes and supported currency conversion are shown before payment. There is no subscription. Keep your receipt and purchased ZIP. Gumroad supplies its receipt and invoice facilities; do not send tax identifiers by email.
Software license
The single-operator license permits one operator to use the software on their own devices for internal business work. The organization license permits internal use by staff and authorized contractors of one buying organization. You may adapt your working copy and share the SOPs, process records and other outputs you create with your staff or clients.
You may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the software itself or the product archive. Your inputs, independently created processes and exported records remain yours. The license covers the delivered version; it does not promise hosting, live collaboration, future updates, professional review or specific financial results.
Delivery and access
Gumroad provides private access to the purchased file after its checkout confirms the purchase. A Gumroad customer account is optional. Save the purchased archive and dated workspace backups securely. If a receipt is missing, check spam and follow Gumroad’s receipt-recovery instructions. Contact us if access is still missing. The separate WordPress order-recovery form does not recover a Gumroad purchase.
Downloaded copies do not expire while the purchased license remains valid. A full refund ends that paid license: stop using and delete the purchased software copies. Access to hosted files follows Gumroad’s purchase and refund controls.
Refunds and mandatory rights
The Gumroad offer uses a 30-day money back guarantee. Request your refund within 30 days of purchase by replying to your receipt or emailing contact@firmworkflows.com. Include the purchase reference and request without confidential business data. Refunds must use Gumroad’s refund process and the original payment method, subject to provider processing time. This voluntary policy does not exclude or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Support
Support covers access to the purchased file, reproducible software problems and clarification of documented features. It excludes consulting, custom workflow implementation, vendor connections, data entry and professional advice. Use your receipt reply or contact@firmworkflows.com. There is no live chat or guaranteed round-the-clock response. Never send card numbers, passwords, identity documents or confidential client information.
Device and data responsibility
The app runs on your device. It does not host or encrypt your workspace, synchronize copies or independently back up data. Optional browser saving may be unavailable, cleared or limited. Export separate dated backups and use suitable device and file protection. Read the included instructions before entering information.
Privacy and payment providers
Gumroad processes checkout, payment, receipts and private file access under its own terms and privacy policy. FirmWorkflows uses purchase identifiers, license details and the contact information needed for support and required records. No marketing subscription is required. The site privacy policy covers the separate website’s broader practices.
General limits
This tool supports planning and documenting decisions. It does not execute external business actions, certify compliance or replace qualified advice. No savings, revenue, search ranking or other business result is guaranteed. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
