Know the limits before you buy.
This is planning and record-keeping software. It does not run actions in other systems, generate AI answers, send messages, synchronize team copies or host backups. A team license changes who may use it. It does not create a cloud service. Capacity estimates are inputs to a discussion, not promised savings.
Use a current desktop browser for your main workspace. The layout adapts to a narrow screen, but local-file opening and downloads depend on the browser and device. Up to 250 processes, 500 exceptions and an 8 MB workspace. Optional device storage is unencrypted and can be limited or disabled by the browser.
Delivery, recovery and support
Gumroad handles checkout, receipts and private file delivery. Save your purchased ZIP and workspace backups. A Gumroad customer account is optional. If your receipt is missing, check spam and use Gumroad’s receipt-recovery guide.
