Educational and planning materials
Articles, guides, workbooks, calculators, and scorecards provide general educational information. They do not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, or security advice for a particular situation, or certify regulatory compliance. A qualified person must assess consequential decisions in the actual context.
Browser tools
The planner assembles an outline and the calculators apply displayed formulas to your inputs. They do not connect to business accounts or carry out external actions. Inputs and working notes remain in the current browser tab unless you export or print them. Entries are not saved automatically; keep a suitable private copy before leaving.
Free workbook license
You may copy and adapt the free offline workbooks for your own internal business work, including work performed for clients. Do not resell an unchanged copy, distribute credentials or proprietary third-party materials, or describe these resources as a professional certification. The workbook checklist records your decisions; it does not prove that an external action happened.
Estimates and assumptions
Calculator outputs depend on the displayed inputs and formulas. Recovered capacity is not guaranteed revenue or cash savings. Keep the currency and period consistent and include review, maintenance, and failure costs. A planning score is not proof of compliance.
Commercial availability
The 100 offline workbooks and browser planning tools remain free and require no payment or subscription. Operations Desk is a separate paid offline software product sold through Gumroad. Review its product description and purchase terms for the license, price, delivery, refunds, and support before buying. Using a free resource does not create a custom implementation contract or purchase.
Availability and corrections
Information may contain errors or become outdated. Review a process before relying on it, retain appropriate human oversight, and tell us about an error through the contact form. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
