FirmWorkflows

Privacy & data handling

A plain-language overview of data used by this website.

Who operates this site

FirmWorkflows is operated by Alisson Bento, an individual based in Brazil. Use the contact form for privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or deletion requests.

Private planning tools

The workflow planner and calculators process inputs in your browser. Selecting an industry, adding planner notes, or running a calculation does not submit a contact form. The tools do not read business accounts or send your working entries to us. Entries are not saved automatically. Exported or printed copies are under your control; store them appropriately. Downloaded HTML workbooks operate offline without network requests.

Information you choose to send

The support form collects your name, email address, and message, along with the source page and technical anti-abuse metadata. We use these details to respond to resource support, editorial corrections, and privacy requests. Do not send customer files, financial account details, tax identifiers, health data, or confidential matter facts.

Hosting and email

Support records are stored in WordPress on Hostinger. Authorized administrators may access them. Hostinger processes hosting and security metadata; Brevo may process requested transactional email. The site does not sell submitted information. Any separately offered newsletter requires optional consent and address confirmation; support use does not itself subscribe you.

Optional website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics through the website’s consent control. It helps us understand which articles and resources people use, how visitors move through the site, and whether tools and downloads are useful. Rejecting analytics does not restrict access to our resources. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of any website page to change or withdraw your choice.

When accepted, Google Analytics receives page visits, technical browser and connection information, approximate usage and engagement, and selected events such as a workbook download or tool action. Our events exclude support-form names, email addresses and messages, search phrases, planner notes, calculator inputs and results, private order links, and payment details. Page addresses sent by our integration exclude query parameters and fragments; referring addresses are limited to their origin. We do not configure User-ID, Google Signals, advertising personalization or session recording.

Analytics uses first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies, configured to expire after 180 days without renewal by this integration. Your accepted or rejected preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawal stops future collection by this integration, removes its accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page. Browser or service settings can also block analytics. No events from before acceptance are replayed.

Google processes analytics data under its own privacy information and may process it internationally. We configure the property’s user/event data retention to two months; aggregated reports may have different retention. Read Google’s privacy policy and its information about Analytics data collection. Use our support contact for privacy requests. Withdrawing future consent does not automatically remove data already processed; requests are reviewed under applicable rights and available provider controls.

Downloaded HTML workbooks and Operations Desk remain offline resources with no analytics or network telemetry. A website event can count the public download click; it does not observe the contents of a downloaded or exported file. Hosting/security logs and authenticated WordPress administration cookies are separate from this optional analytics choice.

Retention and rights

Resolved support enquiries are targeted for removal after 180 days unless a documented business or legal reason requires longer retention. Previously unconfirmed email subscriptions expire after 30 days. Confirmed subscribers remain until unsubscribe or deletion; a minimal suppression hash may be retained to respect opt-outs. Ask for access, correction, or deletion through the support form. Applicable rights depend on your location.

International processing

The operator is based in Brazil and serves an international audience. Hosting and email processors may operate outside your location. Contact the operator with questions about processing and applicable rights.

Paid purchases and receipt replies

When you follow an Operations Desk purchase link, Gumroad handles checkout, payment, receipts and private file access as merchant of record. Its checkout has separate terms and privacy information. FirmWorkflows receives the purchase and contact information made available to the creator for delivery assistance, refunds, support and required records. Your offline app workspace is not uploaded with a purchase.

Purchase receipt replies go to contact@firmworkflows.com, a Hostinger mailbox. Correspondence may contain your email address, purchase reference and the message you choose to send. Do not send passwords, card details, identity documents or confidential client records. Purchase and accounting records are retained as needed for support, refunds, disputes and applicable record-keeping duties; a fixed automatic deletion period for those records has not been configured.

A purchase does not enroll you in marketing. See the purchase terms for the license, refund and support scope. You may also email contact@firmworkflows.com for privacy questions.

Email delivery provider

Brevo is the selected provider for subscription confirmation and the optional five-part email series. When email delivery is enabled, Brevo processes recipient addresses, message content, and delivery metadata. The series requires a separate opt-in and address confirmation. Use the unsubscribe link in any series email to stop it.
